Joehemian

Joehemian is a Sydney-based DJ/Producer known for his energetic, groove-driven sets, where seamless transitions, carefully curated track selection, and rhythmic storytelling define his sound. Inspired by countless hours spent at music festivals and being immersed in the rave scene during his mid-twenties, he stepped behind the decks to recreate those unforgettable moments and share that same energy with every crowd.

Best known for his residency at Bondi Radio, he is primarily rooted and passionate in house music, especially tech house music. Since his debut at the Your Shot DJ Competition in August 2024, Joehemian has gained traction on the local circuit, supporting international acts including Kyle Watson, and SUBSHIFT, and performing at leading venues such as HOME and Club 77. Joehemian is also an event organiser for BASSFACE, a newly-created DJ collective specialising in bass music, and has organised BASSFACE's Launch Party in the Chippo Hotel.

Shaped by club culture, raves, and festivals in Sydney and abroad, and drawing inspiration from artists like John Summit, Gorgon City, and FISHER, Joehemian brings a global dancefloor sensibility to both his DJ sets and productions. Marking his move into music production with debut house track “Galilean”, Joehemian is focused on developing a distinctive catalogue of high-energy, groove-led tracks and sets that translate full-throttle intensity into club-ready energy for late-night dance floors.
