Tokyo Sexwale are South African-born, Sydney-based brothers known for their infectious energy and genre-spanning DJ sets. Over the past five years they've grown from house party favourites into an in-demand act across some of Australia's most respected venues and festivals.

Blending House, Balearic, Progressive, Acid, Italo, Disco and beyond, the duo have built a reputation for reading a room and delivering sets that are both eclectic and high energy.

They've played iconic across some of Australia's finest venues including The Abercrombie, S.A.S.H, Chinese Laundry, Lost Sundays, Sutra Sunrise, The Island, Glamorama, Section 8 and Paradiso, alongside multiple appearances at Lost Paradise. International performances have taken them to New York, London, San Diego, San Francisco, Fiji and Nicaragua.

Tokyo Sexwale have shared lineups with Roger Sanchez, Moxie, SG Lewis, Chloé Caillet, Sarah Story, Sammy Virji, Stacey Pullen, Fish56Octagon, Luke Alessi and Anna Lunoe.

Beyond the booth, the pair are the founders of House Plant, the Sydney music collective behind a growing series of events, venue takeovers and visually driven Mix Series showcasing both local and international artists. With backgrounds in composition and production, they're now turning their focus towards original releases, following a string of well-received edits.
