Kaizen OG

Kaizen OG is a junglist based in Darkinjoong (NSW Central Coast), with an insatiable appetite for music, he effortlessly traverses all tempos of broken beats, as long as they're accompanied by fat bass lines, infectious riddims, and soulful melodies.

Hailing from the UK and landing in Australia in 2012, Kaizen OG dove headfirst into Eora's (Sydney's) drum and bass scene. By 2016, he was a resident at the infamous "117" – the kind of after-hours spot that lives on in legend for those lucky enough to have been there.

Since then, he's shared the stage with heavyweights like Delta Heavy and Matrix & Futurebound and earned his stripes at some of Eora's most loved events, including Parkapoolooza, Chinese Laundry, The Elements of Tech and Bass, Afterlife, and Zoo Project. Beyond that, he's taken his sound to new depths, playing at Subtropics Festival in Queensland, the ACT’s Timeless NYE Doof and several underground open air and warehouse events along the NSW east coast.

Joining Newy Bass Crew in 2023 marked a new chapter, allowing him to dive deeper into the full spectrum of bass music. He has proven his versatility and showcased his intense passion for music across a spectrum of bass genres, diving into everything from jungle and drum and bass to dubstep, psybass, and downtempo.
