Jennifer Ratnai

From the inland areas of Dharawal Country, Jennifer Ratnai is a creative within Australia’s local techno scene, recognised for her developing musical depth. Her ability to explore between layers of sound has found Jennifer thriving in extended set formats, where artistic expression becomes central to her approach.

Raised amongst a diverse range of musical influences introduced to her at a young age, Jennifer developed an early appreciation for emotion and culture in music. Combined with exposure to underground Australian techno dancefloors, these influences shaped her passion for low-end focused rhythms, fused with percussive and driving elements that further strengthened her ability to build dancefloor intensity and atmosphere.

Her passionate and deeply intentional approach to DJing has seen her perform for respected Australian events and venues including Raw Gadigal, Foundations Techno, and Chinese Laundry. She has also supported artists such as Connor Wall, DJ Ali, Estella Boersma, Mark Broom, MARRØN and Phara
